Therapy to Help You Feel More Grounded, Present, and Connected
At times, life can feel overwhelming—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, unresolved past experiences, or patterns that don’t seem to change. You may find yourself wanting relief but unsure how to move forward. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to move through what feels stuck. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

A somatic, process-oriented
approach to therapy
I’m a licensed clinical social worker based in Austin, Texas, offering telehealth therapy to clients in Texas, Vermont, and Illinois. My work is grounded in a somatic, process-oriented approach to EMDR called Natural Processing (naturalprocessing.org). I help clients slow down, increase awareness, and build resilience. By paying attention to the body’s responses and relying on our inherent drives for completion, we can begin to shift what may feel stuck or automatic. Over time, this often leads to a greater sense of connection, inner knowing, and agency.
